Hr Clerk

This exciting position is based in Montague Gardens. As the HR Clerk, you will assist the HR Department and Manager with general HR duties.

Matric with HR qualificationWorking experience in HR spaceComputer LiterateIn-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practiceHealth and Safety laws knowledgeExcellent communication skillsExperience within HR metricsDuties:
Compile Employee Reports, Policies and ProceduresProcessing of payroll and provident fundProcess, Verify and Maintain Personnel DocumentationOnboarding processLeave management - annual, sick and family responsibilityUI19 formsCo-ordinate implementing training for current employeesManage risk by being compliant with South Africa labour laws and recommendationsAssist with labour disputes and remedy any issues that employees might haveHandle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination proceduresSchedule meetings, sort and distribute mail, maintain departmental filesIf you would like to join this dynamic organisation with your excellent HR skills and ability, we would like to hear from you.
