Manage all BBBEE and EE related infprmation and sraristics
Handle recruitment lifestyle, onboarding, terminations
Sound IR skills - attend to grievances and ensure timeous legal resolutions
Extensive knowledge of SKILLS DEVELOPMENT legislation and compliance requirements (Extensive knowledge of SETA's / MQA and BBBEE)Sound knowledge of HRD policies and procedures, skills auditsCompilation and submission of Workplace Skills Plan to MQA, manage the annual BBBEE verification process, HR quality audits
