Along with Senior HRBP, act as a consultant to Business Leaders and employees on all HR matters.
Key Accountabilities Support the business in developing a strong performance culture Implement the performance management process, ensuring compliance across business units.
Promote ongoing performance management by ensuring that regular performance discussions take place.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Provide recruitment support by managing the recruitment, selection, and placement process in line with the company's policy Manage onboarding processes, e.g., communication of new joiners, arranging for work tools, office space etc.
and HR induction Human Resources Administration Manage the capturing of HR information and data into the HR system and assure the integrity of data.
Provide advice and information to business leaders and employees on HR policies and procedures and address all HR queries within agreed timelines.
Manage terminations and exit interviews.
Key Accountabilities HR Initiatives Drive HR initiatives and projects.
Reinforce Policies & Practices – Promptly escalate and assist to resolve issues.
Implement Wellness initiatives.
Partner with COE to implement processes/projects/initiatives.
Employee Relations Provide advice to managers on disciplinary and grievance matters and support with investigations.
Handle logistics for disciplinary, grievance and performance hearings/meetings.
Support the execution of labour practices and policies within the business unit Learning and Development Support in the TRB process - participate in discussions with business leaders, collating data and information in a talent deck Support to identify the learning and development needs and facilitate implementation of relevant programs Human Resources  jobs
