Onboarding, terminations, Creation of job descriptions Development of HR strategies and initiatives Employee relations Attend to IR matters and staff grievances, involvement in disciplinary processes and ensure prompt resolutions Involvement in career advancement policies and programmes Compile minutes of EE and Skills Development meetings Upkeep of alll employee records and documentation Upkeep of all employee data on system Sound knowledge of HRD policies and procedures Involvement in skills development and related audits as required
