A leading provider of bespoke security and protection solutions seeks HRBP to oversee HR practices and development, drive talent management, payroll integrity, and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with company goals and objectives.Duties & ResponsibilitiesStreamline talent acquisition and recruitment processesDevelop and implement employee onboarding and induction programsFacilitate performance management processes, including improvement plans and reviewsEmployee engagement and retention, including recognition and reward initiativesManage labour relations and union interactions, including compliance with collective bargaining agreementsPoint of contact for employee relations, including grievances, disputes and conflict resolutionCoordinate training and development initiativesDevelop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with legal requirementsFacilitate organisational development and succession planningOversee HR department budgetingHR metrics and reporting, including turnover rates, demographics and HR KPIsDesired Experience & QualificationCompleted degree in Human Resources / Labour Relations / Industrial PsychologyMinimum of 5 years experience in an HRBP or similar functionDemonstrable extensive experience with Human Resources metrics and reportingKnowledge of HR systems and databasesIn-depth knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practicesPackage & RemunerationR360 000 - R420 000 per annum
