- execution of the company's human resource strategy - workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations - learning and development - ability to influence and provide guidance to the business in respect of labour effectiveness, employee relations, skills development, HR analytics & measurements - compliance with internal company policies, procedures, processes and external regulations - effective people integration; improve work relations, build morale, increase productivity - effectively drive our Employee Value Proposition offering - act as change agent for HR Digital systems functionally - B Degree (B.Com or HR Management) - 4 years' related operational HR Business Partner experience in a retail and/or agricultural reatail related industry - ability to engage and effectively communicate with a high level of proficiency at different levels of the organisation - strong administrative skills and an eye for detail - own transport and willingness to travel
