HR Business Partner (Part-time 3-4 days) - 12 month FTC Manchester City Centre - Hybrid Working Are you an experienced HR Business Partner, seeking a part-time opportunity in the Manchester area? This is a 12 month FTC to start in January 2025, so if you are available or coming to the end of a role then this could be a your next opportunity!
This is a true generalist role, working as part of a wider HR function to deliver pragmatic and commercial advice to a wide range of stakeholders. You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partners with involvement in a wide range of activities including HR projects and cyclical HR activities, whilst also managing any people issues and queries that arise. You will contribute across a wide range of people activities including employee engagement, reward, talent management, employee relations and organisational change.
This varied role requires an individual who is able to manage a wide range of stakeholder relationships. You will be the first point of contact and therefore involved being hands-on and supporting with employee relations queries that arise.
Day to day duties will include: Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner and wider HR team to support the delivery of the People strategySupport the business across resource planning, talent development, learning and development, engagement and retention, reward, employee relations, international mobility and diversity.Support with the delivery of performance management processes across the relevant teams ensuring clear measures and personal development plans are in placeProvide HR project management supportBuild effective relationships with manager, business leaders and employeesCoach managers on HR processes, employee relations activities and employment legislationProvide analysis and insight on HR data and trends and make recommendations to the businessAbout you: HR Business Partnering experience with a strong track record working within a generalist remitStrong knowledge and experience of providing advice, coaching and guidance on a wide range of employee relations scenariosAbility to manage a wide range of complex stakeholder relationshipsComfortable working in a fast-moving environment, complex matrix structureApproachable and relaxed approachPragmatic approach yet commercially mindedA positive mindset and strong team playerWhat is on offer?
