Working across our two sites in Bromsgrove and Worcester and reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide HR support and guidance to specific business units, ensuring alignment with the organisation's HR strategy and adherence to UK employment law. Responsibilities include:Participating in, and supporting managers with, full case management on ER cases, e.g. underperformance and dismissals.Advising and aiding managers with all aspects of the company absence policy and supporting employees back to work.Supporting our outsourced monthly payroll.Delivering training to line managers to ensure they understand and comply with HR policies and procedures.THE CANDIDATEYou will be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or above with demonstrable years of experience in an HR Business Partner role. A strong understanding of HR best practices and UK employment law is essential. You will act as a point of contact for employees and managers within your assigned business units. You should be proactive and efficient, comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising your workload effectively. Additionally, you will have the ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
