Hr Business Partner

Minimum requirements:
Honours in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
A Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration will be an advantage
5 - 8 Years' experience as a Generalist with the HR Environment / Manufacturing Industry
Experience in Employee Relations will be an advantage
Knowledge and Skills: HR Business Partnering, Performance and Talent Management, Employee Relations, Relevant Legislation, Conflict Handling and Resolution, Interpersonal skills
Contribute to development of HR Policies and Procedures
Implement HR initiatives
Assist with Recruitment, Selection and Vetting of applicants
Conduct Induction Program
Implement Performance Development Process
Advise Management on Employee Relations matters
Implementation of a Wellness Strategy
Compile monthly an quarterly HR reports
Facilitate Change Management Initiatives
Facilitate Employee Skills Assessments and Development
Facilitate Succession Planning Process
Facilitate Personal Development Planning Processes
