We are looking for an HR and Recruitment Assistant to join our client's dynamic team based in Port Elizabeth.
In this role, you will support essential HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement initiatives, ensuring smooth HR operations.
Some of the duties will include, but are not limited to: Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate communication, and interviews.
Coordinate graduate recruitment programs, career days, and internship events.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless transitions.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
Support employee engagement through internal events, team functions, and communications.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling and preparing HR reports.
The successful candidate will have: Degree in Human Resources.
At least 2 years of HR generalist experience.
Knowledge of South African labour legislation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and VIP Payroll/HR Management systems.
