You will be responsible for: Office Administration:Managing diaries and scheduling meetings and appointments where necessary.Managing all clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing necessary documents.Greeting visitors at reception.Printing and photocopying.Typing up letters and reports.Updating computer records using a database.Ensuring that all office equipment is maintained and functioning properly.Coordinating with IT support to ensure that all systems are secure, up to date, and running efficiently.Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.Liaising with suppliers and contractors.Ensuring that the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO or management team.Arranging travel plans and itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation as needed.Taking minutes at meetings.Conducting regular stock take to ensure accurate inventory levels, minimize discrepancies, and optimize stock management practices.Coordinating logistics for each company order to ensure timely and efficient delivery to clients.Managing client relationships following the sale.HR Administration:Working with the CEO to onboard new employees, ensuring that they have the necessary equipment and resources.Maintaining and updating accurate employee files and databases, including personal information, employment history, and performance records.Assisting in processing payroll, managing benefits enrollment, and tracking employee leave and attendance records.Ensuring that the organization complies with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.Supporting the performance appraisal process, including scheduling performance reviews and assisting with goal-setting.Monitoring and assessing employee performance and providing feedback and support to improve productivity and morale.Assisting in developing and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.Acting as a point of contact for employees, addressing any HR-related queries, concerns, or issues.Mediating and resolving conflicts between employees or between employees and management, ensuring a harmonious work environment.Boxes to tick… Matric2+ years experience in the relevant fieldBachelor's degree in business administrationProficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
