Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR and Marketing Manager at UTP Projects and Services in the City of Johannesburg. The HR and Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing employer branding, human resources, communication, employee relations, and marketing activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications

Employer Branding, Communication, and Marketing skills
Human Resources (HR) and Employee Relations expertise
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R9000,00 - R11500,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:

Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

Human Resource HR: 1 year (Preferred)
Media Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
