JOB BRIEF We are seeking a Hr and Engagement Specialistto join our team and support the creation of a productive work environment that aligns with our organizational goals. As a Community Relations and Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for handling grievances, serving termination notices, collecting and organizing contractor data and files, Counselling and providing guidance and support to the contractor as well as overseeing contractor training and new hire onboarding initiatives.
