Astron Energy is seeking an HR Analyst.
Working closely with the HR Operations Manager & HR Leadership Team, the key areas of the HR Analyst position will include:
Key accountabilities: Coordinate monthly/quarterly & adhoc reporting (transformation, recruitment, payroll, L&D, manpower planning, budgeting, ER reporting, exit interviews)Develop a set of principles/guidelines for data governance (including data integrity/accuracy, data retention, legislation requirements)Organisation Management, Business Planning & AnalyticsSupport with creating, maintaining and developing Workday dashboards and custom reportsCollect, analyse and interpret HR data and statistics, identify trends, patterns and correlations across recruitment practices, HR processes, attritionDevelop absenteeism reporting / Bradford Index factor reportCollaborate with teams across HR and the HR Leadership Team to develop and implement HR analytics strategies and initiativesSupport HR projects and initiatives, providing analytical support and recommendationsSupport initiatives to further enable leader & employee self-service (LSS and ESS)Seek out opportunities to automate and enhance our operations to be more efficient, while keeping employee experience as the utmost priorityMaintain data integrity and confidentiality in compliance with data protection regulationsIdentify ways to improve existing policies and proceduresUtilise human resource information systems (HRIS) (Workday) in the most efficient and effective way to improve HR deliveryProfessional Qualification and Certifications: Human Resources National Diploma and/or relevant qualification or certification or extensive experience that relates to Analytics, Reporting and Organisational management.
Work Experience: 5 years' experience in HR analytics, Org Management Business Planning & Human Resources report writing.
Knowledge & skills: Experience with the key responsibilities defined above with 5+ years in human resourcesHuman Resources National Diploma and/or relevant qualification or certification or extensive experience that relates to Analytics, Reporting and Organisational ManagementProven experience as an HR Analyst or similar roleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasetsExcellent knowledge of HR metrics, data analysis techniques, and statistical conceptsDemonstrated ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendationsEffective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise mannerHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneouslyHighly competent in Microsoft office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe PDF, Visio)Experience with HR Systems (preferably Workday)
