It is working within a tight, well-run HR Department, within a prestigious and very well known Military Charity for Veterans and their wider family.The role is hybrid, 3 days in the office a week, but likely to be 4 days during the training/settling in period.As the HR Advisor, you will be the first port of the call for all aspects of the employee life cycle.You will take responsibility for the charity's recruitment drives, including advising line managers and managing the on-boarding process.As part of their work, the HR Advisor will use the charity's HR Information System, PeopleHR, to access, input and compile data, and from it produce accurate HR data for relevant and timely reports linked to our HR calendar.The HR Advisor will also be involved in supporting employee relations, performance management guidance, and ensuring policies are consistent and HR queries are dealt with promptly and reliably.Please note that the above is but a brief description of the role, if you would like to know more, please do send us your CV and we will be in touch to give you more details, regarding the role.
