Job Reference: JN -082024-60658_1723124938Are you looking for a new and exciting HR role?Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a facilities management firm, based in London as they look to recruit for a full time, permanent, HR Advisor.The salary for this role is up to £40k per annum, depending on experience.Hybrid working is available - 1 day per week from home.Responsibilities include:Conducting Employment Relation cases, including Grievances, Investigations and complex Disciplinaries up to and including dismissalBuilding and maintaining excellent relationships with the Management team and providing support and guidanceLiaising with employee union representatives regarding casesTUPE- dealing with both IN and OUT, consulting with employees. Sending out letters and liaising with incumbent companiesConsulting with employees about site closures and changes in shift patternsAddressing performance issuesExperience required:Excellent attention to detailDemonstrate a passion for HRWillingness to develop and learnExperience of managing ER related mattersExperience of working at HR Advisor level.The ability to speak Spanish OR Portuguese would be advantageousThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional seeking a new and exciting opportunity.If interested please contact Darren Keeling on or call 0203 800 1500
