Location: Manchester with some travel, hybrid working This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a global leader in the Entertainment industry, during an exciting period of growth and transformation. There is an immediate requirement for an experienced HR Advisor to provide Interim support for a period of 12-18 months.
About the role: Assist with employee relations matters and traveling to visit sites when requiredSupporting the HR Business Partners with ongoing projectsSupporting on wellbeing and mental health initiativesCoaching and guiding managers and providing advice on best practiceBeing that first point of contact for HR queries within the businessBuild strong relationships with the wider team and internal/external stakeholdersAbout you? Strong HR Advisor with a solid generalist backgroundHigh energy with strong influencing skillsAbility to manage an ER caseload effectivelyFlexibility to travel to other sites when requiredExperience working in the retail/hospitality/customer service focused industries would be highly desirable but not essentialWhat is on offer?
