HR Administrators - 4 Months Contract - Cape TownWe're URGENTLY seeking experienced HR Administrators.
The HR Administrator forms part of a team within the Shared Services Centre and is responsible for assisting with Hire to Retire activities relating to recruitment, onboarding, and exits.MUST be currently living in Cape Town!To start ASAP!!
!Only applicants that meet the minimum requirements will be considered!Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide guidance and encouragement to HRBPs & Practitioners, line managers, and employees regarding the utilization of HR Systems.Can move between functions within the HR Shared Services function and assist with queries relating to:RecruitmentAppointments and TransfersOnboardingLife eventsExitsPayroll and BenefitsBuild end-to-end relationships that are leveraged to improve service delivery resulting in satisfied stakeholders.Foster good relations with all stakeholders to be viewed as a trusted business partner for support services.Adhere to monthly Payroll Checking's and audits accurately.Fulfill a coordination role between payroll and human resources to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data.Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum of 3-year Diploma in Human Resource ManagementMinimum of 3 years' payroll experienceMinimum 1 - 2 years' relevant experience in a HR Service Centre environmentProven proficiency in relevant payroll softwarePackage & RemunerationRate – R80 per hour (R12 800 per month)Duration – 4 month contractStart Date – As soon as possibleInterested?If interested, please apply directly through Pnet or email us directly at ****** If emailing us directly, remember to insert "HR Administrators - Tygervalley/Bellville" in the email subject line for consideration.
