Hr Administrator

The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting employee records management and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential records.Key Responsibilities:Manage employee records and ensure data accuracyAssist with recruitment process, including job postings and screening candidatesMaintain HR compliance with the Department of Labour laws and company policiesSupport payroll processing and benefits administrationProvide general administrative support to the HR departmentQualifications:National diploma or BTech in Human Resources or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in HR roleStrong understanding of HR policies and proceduresProficient in MS Suite and HR softwareAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
