Hr Administrator

The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting employee records management and HR compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and principles, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential records.
Key Responsibilities: · Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy · Assist with recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and · scheduling interviews · Maintain HR compliance with the Department of Labour laws and company policies · Support payroll processing and benefits administration · Provide general administrative support to the HR department · Qualifications · National diploma or BTech in Human Resources or related field · Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR role · Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures · Proficient in MS Suite and HR software · Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
