Hr Administrator

The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting employee records management and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and principles, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential records.
Key Responsibilities:Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy.Assist with recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and
scheduling interviews.Maintain HR compliance with the Department of Labour laws and company policies.Support payroll processing and benefits administration.Provide general administrative support to the HR department.Qualifications:National Diploma or BTech in Human Resources or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR role.Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.Proficient in MS Suite and HR software.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their CVs to ******.
