KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDrafting of employment contracts and employee letters.Maintaining employee records, files and ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Assisting with recruitment administration.Assisting with management of leave requests and updating of leave calendar.Administration of IOD and COIDA claims.Co-ordination of general HR administration.Completion of UIF documentation on a monthly basis.Assisting with ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions.Conducting reference checks.Arranging of performance and probationary reviews.Updating various sheets and lists.Compiling minutes of meetings.Assisting with any day to day or ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects.REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONSA Diploma in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology is essential, a Degree would be advantageous.A minimum of 2 years experience in a HR role.Experience in the aviation and engineering sector will be advantageous.Valid drivers license.REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGEComputer literacy (MS Office, Excel, and Word)High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and excellent communication and inter-personal skills.Knowledge of relevant legislation, such as BCEA & LRA.CONSENT:By submitting your information and application you hereby confirm:That you have no objection to us retaining your personal information in our database for future matching/ POPI Policy.That the information you have provided to us is true, correct, and up to date.PLEASE NOTE: Correspondence will only be conducted with shortlisted candidates.
