Our client is seeking a highly organised HR Administrator for a 6-month contract based in Cape Town to support our growing Human Resources department.
You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating background checks, and preparing job offer letters.Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires, including administering orientation programs and completing necessary paperwork.Organise and maintain personnel recordsAssist with the entire recruitment function up until the selection of the successful candidate for the job.Related qualification: HR Diploma, DegreeMinimum 2-3 years related experienceRecruitment experience in Finance environmentOn-boarding experience
