Ensure that all employee files and other legislative aspects are beyond reproach.Minimum RequirementsApplicable tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Organisational / Industrial PsychologyPeople ManagementMinimum of 2 years experience in the same or similar positionFamiliar with all Human Resources legislation and amendmentsFamiliarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 advantageousFamiliar with PSiber / HRIS systems (highly advantageous)Job DescriptionMaintain positive relationships with the managers and team members of the products and businesses within Village N LifeMaintain company culture, vision, mission and values within all team members and managementProvide administrative support to the HR departmentMaintain open-door policy with all employees to improve employee engagement and employee relationsParticipate in HR networks and community programsMaintain a positive image of the HR department through social media and WhatsApp communicationMaintain the database for the Skills Development and Training informationAssist with maintaining the training manuals of the companyRun the induction program for all new hires of the Village N Life companyTrack probationary reviews with employees are done on time and correctlyTrack and capture the submission of the HR Status forms and assist managers with completionFollow all COIDA cases from submission to completion and keep recordsAssist management with EE, Skills Development and BBBEE statutory complianceAssist HR team with scheduling of meetings and venuesCompile minutesAssist in development of Company policies and proceduresEnsure fair and equitable discipline is appliedMaintain staff files in conjunction with managementLeave PlannersDo regular audits of the VIP database and assist Payroll in maintainingAssist Payroll with the submission of the Pension Fund Withdrawal forms as required.Due to the large amount of applications, only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be contacted.If you have not heard back from us in 2 weeks, please accept your application as unsuccessful.
