HR Administrator II (Resourcing) - Inland NorthListing reference: click_018831Listing status: OnlineApply by: 29 December 2024Position summaryJob category: Human Resources and RecruitmentLocation: RoodepoortContract: PermanentRemuneration: Market RelatedEE position: YesAbout our companyClicks GroupIntroductionTo provide a professional resourcing service through an agreed SLA in order to deliver talent that meets current business needs and to provide efficient administrative support and coordination to the Resourcing team and the business.Key Responsibilities:Administer a professional resourcing process that is fair, consistent and in line with company policies, processes and relevant labour legislation to meet business needs within the agreed SLA.Effectively screen and select applicants according to the job, competency and cultural fit requirements of the position and organisation.Act as a brand ambassador and communicate the employee value proposition through all day-to-day activities and interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Assist the Group in its transformation agenda through sourcing and shortlisting to the EE Plan.Manage and track candidate information through an electronic candidate management system to ensure a professional candidate experience.Administer and coordinate resourcing activities, including advertising vacancies, shortlisting applicants, setting up interviews, conducting background screening checks, and maintaining the database.Ensure superior customer service through all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.Plan, organise and attend recruitment events, managing logistics and assisting in the screening of candidates.Accurately file and keep record of all resourcing documentation and track resourcing activities for management reporting.Job Knowledge:Filing and record keepingeRecruitment systemsInvoicingReporting skills in ExcelJob Related Skills:Delivery and customer service orientatedCommunication skills (verbal and written)Problem solvingSelf-drivenStrong interpersonal skills and professionalismJob Experience:Essential: 2 years administrative experience preferably in recruitment or an HR environmentEssential: 1 year recruitment experience (accountable for end-to-end processes)Qualifications:Essential: 3 year Degree / DiplomaDesirable: HR / Psychology / Business / Commercial SpecialisationCompetencies:Delivering Results and Meeting Customer ExpectationsFollowing Instructions and ProceduresPlanning and OrganisingCoping with Pressures and SetbacksAchieving Personal Work Goals and ObjectivesRelating and NetworkingWorking with People
