HR AdministratorWe are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a professional disposition, Call Centre experience and a good knowledge of Human Resource best practice procedures, to join our winning team as a HR Administrator.The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:Grade 12Degree / Diploma in Human ResourcesMinimum of 1 years' experience working in a Call Centre environmentMinimum of 2 years HR administrative experienceMust have an excellent track record in punctuality, attendance and performanceSkillsStrong organisational capabilitiesGood knowledge of processes and systemsExcellent interpersonal skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including listening skills.Ability to build good working relationships with all stakeholdersAbility to operate under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentResults driven with the ability to meet or exceed expectationsAbility to embrace diversity and promote inclusion in a work environmentAbility to give and receive feedback in a constructive mannerAbility to contribute to change initiatives and align to the goals of the organisationAbility to contribute to a work environment that focuses on employee well-being and fosters the organisational culture.Flexibility to work extended hours to meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain personnel recordsUpdate internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guidesRevise company policiesCreate regular reports and presentations on HR metricsAnswer employees' queries about HR-related issuesAssist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize company events etc.)Applications close at 10am on Monday the 8th of March 2024.
