My client from a Freight Forwarding Company is seeking an HR Administrator to join their team This will be to:Process and submit Cape Town overtimeCapture, apply and submit NBC leaveAccurate and efficient preparation of all HR related documentationFacilitation and completion of IOD claimsManage and administer disciplinary databaseKeeping national employee files updatedCapture reportsSet up interviews, reference checks, criminal checks, etc; Load new hires; Create new files for new hires and ensure files are completedAccurate and timely submission of payroll documentsCompile annual leave reportsMatric qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Human Resources or similar qualification and/or experienceExcellent knowledge of local labour laws LRA, BCEA, EEA, OHSAAt least 3 years experience in an HR Generalist Administrator positionAdvance ExcelValid Code 08 drivers licence and own reliable transport essential
