Hr Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a HR Administrative Assistant to join their team, based in City Deep, Johannesburg. Successful candidate will be required to provide assistance to the Human Resource department. Minimum Requirements:- Matric Must have good telephone skills, well-spoken and professional Higher Certificate in Human Resources OR 1 years' experience in Human Resources Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and handle conflict Experience with MS Excel, MS Power Point, Email, etc. Understand confidentiality Duties to include (amongst others):- Payroll Administration Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Open New Employee files and file all necessary paper work received for employee's files Company Organogram to be done and updated monthly together with the HR Manager Technician Efficiency Report Typing of Job Descriptions Updating Company Policies and Procedures Manual when necessary with the HR Manager
