Location: Rayton, Gauteng Position Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team in Rayton. The ideal candidate will bring organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle HR tasks with precision. The role will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and general office support. Responsibilities: Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, managing applications, and scheduling interviews. Assist in onboarding new hires, preparing employment contracts, and maintaining personnel records. Administer payroll and handle timekeeping, attendance tracking, and leave management. Maintain HR documentation, including contracts, performance records, and termination records. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Requirements: Previous experience in HR administration or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of HR practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. COID Knowledge Preferred Attributes: Male candidates are encouraged to apply, though this is not a requirement. Able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
