Role Overview
We are inviting applications for the role of HR Admin – Domain Trainee – English – Onsite Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with and within the HR team and leading important HR projects.
Responsibilities Participate in the establishment and development of the operation, leveraging previous HR outsourcing experience to provide a differentiated service to the client.Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement, as well as standards of service relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency.Initiate, design, and implement business process excellence improvements.Demonstrate awareness of business and industry issues and drivers.Make decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contribute to the advancement of the clients and Genpact business.Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests.Responsible for repeatable, predictable, and measurable operations.In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Genpact for different geographies.Raise relevant quality and/or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamline decision-making processes.Ensure understanding of existing metrics in the process and improve the measurement system.Detailed understanding of process metrics (SLA, OLA, KPI) and liaise with the Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the client.Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex problems.Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically.Create a logical plan, realistic estimates, and schedule for activities or project segments.Document and act upon progress, issues, and agreements.Assist the team with performing "Root Cause Analysis" on issues faced and suggest corrective and preventive actions.Actively participate in all process-related business meetings in-person or virtually.Liaise with Genpact Local IT to escalate technology issues faced by the team.Participate in and/or support during client visits.Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualification
B. Com/M. Com with overall relevant experience in the HR domain.
Preferred Qualification
• South Africa HR Admin & Coordination experience is required.
• Work experience in a team handling role.
• Workday experience a plus.
• HR Domain certification would be a plus.
• Excellent MS Office and Excel skills.
• Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma practices.
• Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy, and flexibility.
• Ability to handle multifaceted workloads and meet targets and deadlines.
