Housing Property Manager - Ilford IG2 A unique Letting & Management organisation offering traditional rental services. In addition, the practice is one of London's most successful Rent Guarantee Service Provision Specialists. Procuring all types of property for Local & Central Government to fulfil their Emergency Housing needs.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Monitoring daily rents that are due and chasing Handling maintenance enquiries Dealing with safety certification (gas/electric) Organizing tenancy renewals Arranging end of tenancy check outs Controlling Property licence applications Serving section 21 and section 8 notices Court applications for possession Attending court for hearings Meeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointments Cross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills: Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years property management experience It is highly desirable that candidates have intermediate computer literacy Experience of lettings/property management software packages would be useful ARLA Qualified would be an advantage Be able to manage their own workload Own Car for inspections/bailiff Full UK Drivers license The hours will be: Monday to Friday 830am – 5:30pm or 9am - 6pm
£30000pa to £35,500 + Private Medical Insurance
