Our brand-new hotel tower, Caesars and Nobu Hotel, will open early Fall 2024!
The Turndown Attendant in Housekeeping provides exceptional turndown services, ensuring that each guest's room is meticulously prepared for a restful night.
Your role will involve performing evening cleaning tasks, replenishing amenities, and delivering personalized touches to enhance the guest experience.

Provide turndown service for VIPs and targeted guests.
Pay close attention to details to ensure that the room ambiance is inviting and aligned with guest expectations, including arranging decorative elements as needed.
Respond promptly and courteously to any special requests or needs expressed by guests, aiming to enhance their overall comfort.
Perform turndown service in guest rooms, including making beds, arranging pillows, and ensuring that the room is prepared for the evening.
Lightly clean and straighten guest rooms, including dusting surfaces, replacing towels, and removing trash.
Responsible for achieving and maintaining an exceptional standard of cleanliness throughout the guest rooms of the Hotel.
Restock and replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and water, ensuring that all items are fresh and in good condition.
Vacuums and cleans all floors and carpets in guest rooms.
Dusts and polishes all furniture.
Scrubs, disinfects, and deodorizes all bathroom fixtures.
Strips beds, collect dirty linen, and make beds with fresh linens.
Adhere to all safety and cleanliness standards, including proper handling of cleaning products and equipment.

Maintain guest confidentiality and respect their privacy while performing turndown duties.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work at a casino hotel At least 2-3 years of housekeeping experience preferred.
Must be able to speak, read and write in English to provide personalized service to guests.
Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending on identified needs of the company Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must be able to work any day of the week, weekends and holidays.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
A FEW MORE THINGS: Must be able to use elevators frequently and work in a high-rise hotel.
Must be able to push had pull 150-pound carts.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
Able to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch to clean low and high areas of hotel room such as: floors, base boards, bathtubs, drains, toilets, shower walls, pictures, mirrors, and shower rods.
Able to walk up and down stairs.
Must be able to operate a vacuum cleaner and mop.
Able to tolerate cleaning chemical without developing an allergic reaction.
Able to fold linen, bed sheets blankets, bedspreads, and pillowcases.GAMING PERMIT: Not RequiredThe above is a minimal description of duties and responsibilities.
