Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure all areas meet 5-star standards.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation.
Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff to foster a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Manage housekeeping inventory, including ordering and stock control of cleaning supplies and amenities.
Address guest requests and concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive and memorable stay.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
A relevant qualification in hospitality management or housekeeping operations.
A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in luxury or 5-star environments.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
