Job DescriptionAssists all areas in the Front Office Department as required (i.e.: Operator, Reservations, Reception, Concierge, Receptionist, Business Center, Bell Desk).Responsible for assisting in a "hands-on" capacity should the need arise in any outlet or area in the Hotel.Checks and ensures that all rooms/suites assigned for VIPs are in order and the respective amenities are placed in the room/suites before arrival.QualificationsExcellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.Excellent grooming and presentation skills.Service-oriented with an eye for details.
