This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to lead a dedicated housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.Position Overview: As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations within the estate, ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of exceptional.Key Responsibilities:Manage and train the housekeeping team, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the estate.Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest services.Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, and manage the ordering process.Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficiency in operations.Requirements:Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.Salary: R18,000 - R20,000, commensurate with experience.If you are passionate about maintaining exceptional standards in a luxury environment and have the skills to lead a talented team, please send your CV and cover letter to apply below.
