Key Responsibilities:Manage and supervise housekeeping staff, providing training and support to maintain excellence in service.Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards to ensure a pristine environment.Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.Coordinate laundry and inventory management for linens and cleaning supplies.Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.Requirements:Previous experience in a housekeeping management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or lodge setting.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Strong communication skills and a guest-focused attitude.Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to housekeeping.
