Housekeeping Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Public Area Associate to ensure our hotel's public spaces are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. If you have a keen eye for cleanliness and enjoy contributing to a high-standard environment, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness in all public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other shared spaces.
Ensure that the hotel's high standards of hygiene and presentation are upheld at all times.
Perform regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing public spaces.
Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a friendly and helpful manner.

Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
A strong work ethic with attention to detail and cleanliness.
A positive, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
