Job Opportunity: HostessLocation: Northern Suburbs, JohannesburgSalary: R8,000 – R15,000Responsibilities:Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the front-of-house area.Collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:High school diploma/matric or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus.Previous experience in a hospitality role, especially as a hostess or in guest services.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Basic knowledge of food and beverage menus.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Commitment to outstanding customer service and attention to detail.
