Key Responsibilities:Clean and tidy hotel guest rooms and public areas according to established standardsPerform a wide range of high-end spa treatments, including facials, massages, body wraps, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other beauty therapies.Offer personalized advice on skincare and wellness, recommending treatments and products suited to each guests unique needs.Ensure that every guest receives a memorable, five-star service experience, leaving them feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and cared for.Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, ensuring all treatment areas and equipment are kept clean and safe at all times.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance your skillset and the spas offerings.Promote and sell spa products to guests, using your knowledge to recommend solutions for their specific needs.Collaborate with the wider spa and hotel team to deliver exceptional service in a luxury environment.Handle guest bookings and consultations with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.Requirements:Qualification in Beauty Therapy. Additional qualifications or certifications in advanced treatments are a plus.Previous experience as a Beauty Therapist in a 5* hotel or high-end spa environment is essential.A strong understanding of luxury spa standards and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.Extensive knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and wellness therapies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.A polished, professional appearance and demeanour.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, in line with hotel and spa operational needs.
