You need to have an excellent eye for detail with a focus on interiors and hotel spaces.
Responsibilities: Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained.
Monitor and maintain the hotel's inventory of supplies and amenities.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Coordinate with other departments, such as food and beverage, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and policies.
Conduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Train and supervise hotel staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
