You need to have an excellent eye for detail with a focus on interiors and hotel spaces.Responsibilities:Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest inquiriesCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintainedMonitor and maintain the hotel's inventory of supplies and amenitiesHandle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory mannerCoordinate with other departments, such as food and beverage, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfactionAssist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures and policiesConduct regular inspections of the hotel to ensure compliance with cleanliness and safety standardsTrain and supervise hotel staff to ensure high-quality service deliveryAssist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to identify areas for improvementRequirementsPrior experience in hotel operations or a similar roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a knack for problem-solvingFamiliarity with hotel management systems and softwareAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
