We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to become part of our extraordinary team.

Your exceptional problem-solving abilities and commitment to maintaining seamless processes will be key to our success.What you will bring:As our Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for several key areas, including:Project Management: Assist in the development and execution of various projects, ensuring they align with operational standards and enhance guest experiences.Aesthetic Oversight: Contribute to the overall aesthetics of the property, from interior design elements to staff presentation, ensuring a cohesive and inviting atmosphere.Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are managed effectively for a successful outcome.Training Facilitation: Help coordinate training programs for staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional service.Minimum requirements:Educational Background: Grade 12 or equivalent.Language Proficiency: Must speak, read, write, and understand English at a professional level.Technical Skills: Computer literate with a minimum level 2 experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Knowledge of Opera is essential; familiarity with ESP and Micros is beneficial.Experience: A diploma or degree in hospitality management or project management is advantageous; a minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry is required.Skills:Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions under pressure.Team Collaboration: A proactive mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment.Goal-Oriented Approach: Commitment to achieving operational excellence and enhancing guest satisfaction.Why join us?This position offers an incredible opportunity to work in a vibrant setting that values excellence in service and employee development.
