Job Description:Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services.Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to policies and deliver exceptional service.Guest Relations: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.Financial Management: Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue generation, aiming for profitability without compromising quality.Marketing and Sales: Implement strategies to attract and retain guests, collaborating with marketing teams and utilizing online platforms effectively.Compliance: Ensure the hotel operates in compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or relevant role in the hospitality industry.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and interact effectively with guests.Strong understanding of hotel management best practices and industry standards.Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Ability to work flexible hours and handle high-pressure situations calmly.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
