Must have a tertiary qualification in hotel management.Must have 4 Star and 5 Star hotel experience as a General Manager – not negotiable.Must have excellent knowledge and understanding of the workings of a fine dining kitchen.Must have an excellent understanding and knowledge of a wine cellar.Must be comfortable in managing and maintaining large gardens.Must have appreciation for art.
