Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct telephone calls. Assist with guest queries and resolve complaints. Manage reservations, including making adjustments as needed. Process payments and compile invoices for guest stays. Conduct daily reporting and handovers. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs. Requirements: Recent experience with Opera System (minimum 1 year). At least 3 years of experience in a lodge reception role. Polite, friendly, and able to think on your feet. Well-spoken and well-presented individual. Strong administration skills. Grade 12 and computer literate.
