What You'll Be Doing
As the
Hotel Duty Manager
, you'll:
?? Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
?? Be the go-to person for staff and guest support, solving problems with a smile.
?? Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
?? Coordinate between departments to create seamless guest experiences.
?? Handle guest feedback, queries, and ensure their stay is unforgettable.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Leadership:
Strong leadership and organisational skills to keep things on track.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
Problem Solver:
Quick thinker with a knack for tackling challenges effectively.
Transport:
Own reliable transport is essential, as this is not a live-in position.
Location:
Candidates in or near Hazyview are preferred.
What's on Offer?
Salary:
R6,500 – R8,500 per month, depending on experience.
Staff Meals:
Monthly deduction of R421 for meals.
