Hotel Concierge

The Hotel Concierge provides exceptional guest service by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs. This includes assisting with reservations, transportation, activities, dining and special requests ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience. The role requires expert local knowledge, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering personalized service.

Experience required:
- Previous in a concierge or guest service role (preferably within a hotel or resort setting)
- Strong knowledge of local attractions, dining and services
- Experience with concierge systems or software is an advantage

Drivers license preferred.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
