Hospitality Sales Administrator

Details of the offer

The ideal candidate must have a high level of attention to detail and be able to establish and maintain relationships with the trade, upkeep the trade sales database and website, and complete general sales administration.
Responsibilities:

Responsibility to liaise with the following external resources on a professional level:
Tour operators
Travel agents
Booking agents
Function coordinators
Professional conference organizers
Production companies
Maintain client databases
Conduct site inspections if required
Conduct product training if required
Maintain trade website
Approval of STO applications on website
All administrative duties related to the above
Making reservations on Opera
Control and record keeping of all trade sales related activities
Correspondence regarding trade sales and other activities
Assist Trade Relationship Manager with administrative duties
Exceptional customer care and service delivery
Problem solving abilities and abilities to manage customer issues
Work collaboratively with colleagues in monitoring email boxes and telephone lines.

Requirements:

Opera knowledge - essential
Knowledge of travel trade practices
A passion for dealing with clients, either face to face or with written communication
Willingness to lead, take charge and offer direction
Must be sales driven and well organized
Ability to multitask
