Hospitality Marketing Manager

The Hospitality Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of targeted marketing strategies, evaluate customer satisfaction, and create impactful branding campaigns. This role demands a customer-focused professional who is adept at analysing trends and leveraging insights to enhance the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including digital, social media, email, print, and advertising campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and address challenges.
Assess customer satisfaction and ensure that services align with client expectations.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective expenditure.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert these into loyal customers.
Organise and participate in marketing activities and events to boost brand visibility.
Prepare performance and metrics reports for senior management review.
Oversee branding efforts and maintain consistent messaging across all platforms.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partner agencies.
Act as a resource for marketing peers, offering insights into customer value scoring, content engagement, and ROI optimisation.
Develop relationships with key industry stakeholders and participate in trade associations and events to stay abreast of customer needs.
Work closely with leadership to execute revenue-generating programmes, including seasonal campaigns and promotional events.
Guide properties on brand alignment and marketing best practices.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop a cohesive media plan and weekly marketing reports.
Design marketing toolkits and support sales efforts with educational materials and presentations.
Coordinate the launch of new products, features, and solutions, ensuring strong market introduction.
Establish clear value propositions and messaging to differentiate offerings from competitors.
Represent the organisation in communications with employees, clients, analysts, and other stakeholders.
Provide expert support to the sales team and offer in-depth product knowledge when needed.
Benchmark, analyse, and report on marketing initiatives and results, identifying areas for improvement.
Lead and support cross-functional project teams to optimise outcomes and drive business growth.
Oversee hospitality photography, video production, and SEO/SEM strategies to enhance digital presence.
Manage ticketing systems and ensure timely responses to queries.
Requirements
Proven experience in hospitality marketing, with a minimum of seven years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools.
Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Comprehensive understanding of business operations and a strong track record of strategic marketing success.
BSc degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Expertise in SEO, SEM, CRM, and banner/display media strategies.
Demonstrated success in launching new products, solutions, and campaigns.
