Candidate Requirements:Diploma in Hospitality Management or Lodge ManagementAt least 3 to 5 years experience in similar roleMust have strong administrative skillsExperience in purchasing, stock control and stock-taking advantageousA good knowledge of beverages and the departmentA valid code 8 Drivers LicenseMust be computer literate - PAN knowledge would be beneficialHave excellent communication skills and be fluent in EnglishMust have strong leadership and mentoring skillsBe a positive individual, be self motivated, confident and have good problem solving skillsPassionate for the Hospitality industry and in guest satisfactionMust have good organisation and planning skillsBe able to work under pressure and have good attention to detailThis is a live in position with meals on duty Work cycle is 21 days on, 7 days off
